Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 September 2026

These terms apply to Khusan’s Speaking App (the “Application”) and to score9.uz. By installing or using the Application you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Application.

1. What the Application provides

The Application gives learners IELTS Speaking questions for Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3, together with sample answers, audio and practice tools.

  • Most of the question bank is free and stays free.
  • Some topics, sample answers and audio answers are part of Premium, a paid subscription.
  • No account is required. The Application works without registration — the privacy policy sets out what that means for your data.

2. Premium subscription

Premium unlocks every premium topic, sample answer and audio answer for as long as the subscription is active.

  • Subscriptions are sold in several lengths. The length and the price are shown on the purchase screen before you confirm.
  • Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. We never see or store your card details.
  • A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Prices are set per country by the store and can change. A change applies to future renewals only, and the store notifies you as its own rules require.

3. Cancelling and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time in the subscription settings of your Google Play or App Store account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have paid for runs to its end.
  • Uninstalling the Application does not cancel a subscription.
  • Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment, under its own policy. We can point you to the right place, but we cannot issue a store refund ourselves.
  • Restore Purchases in the Application re-links an active subscription on a new device, through the same store account that bought it.

4. How you may use the content

The questions, sample answers, audio and the Application itself remain ours or our licensors’.

  • You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content to prepare for your own exam.
  • Copying, republishing, reselling or redistributing the content — in whole or in part, including bulk downloading or scraping — is not permitted.
  • Using the content to build or to train another product or service is not permitted.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or to reach parts of it you have not paid for.
  • Do not share a subscription beyond what the store's own family sharing allows.
  • We may suspend access that breaks these terms.

6. No affiliation, no guarantee

  • The Application is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia or Cambridge University Press & Assessment, the owners of the IELTS examination.
  • Practice material reflects questions that candidates report from real exams. We do not promise that any particular question will appear in your test.
  • We do not guarantee any band score. Your result depends on you.

7. Availability and changes

Questions and features are added over time, and occasionally changed or removed. The service is provided as it is, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing here limits rights given to you by the consumer law of your own country that cannot be limited by agreement.

8. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the Application after a change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, from where the Application is published, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
